Lunch:

Today I think my eating habits in the morning were alright, but got worse as the day went on. See, in my household my siblings rely on me to make them chocolate chips cookies and all these baked goodies for them. And well, at most times I just give in and eat some myself! My breakfast was alright, but could have included more of a variety and nutrients to get me ready for the day. My lunch today...

Portion Control: Lots of people always overeat there food, which is probably one of the main reasons that leads them to gaining more weight. When you eat, try putting the food on a smaller bowl or plate, which will make you put less on and eat less then you usually do.
Avoid Temptation: I am sure we all have those foods lingering around our house that we know is not the best...

So I am going to be posting what I have eaten and some adjustments I can make for tomorrow. Writing down and keeping track of what you eat can help you become more aware of it and help you stop eating that food in the future.
