COMMENTS: I finally got over my plateau and dropped 2 pounds! It was pretty quick and unexpected though, I woke up this morning and I saw 112 on the scale. Today I did not do exercise which I feel kind of bad for, but I did eat foods packed with lots of nutrients!
COMMENTS: I think I have hit a plateau. I have been 114 pounds for the past week! Anyway, I think I have to exercise more and change up the foods I eat to get out of this never ending cycle. I have been feeling healthier! I am not snacking as much, only like 2-3 a day and I don’t go to bed hungry at all.
Hey everyone, I just wanted to a little update on my routine and everything. Well first news I guess is yesterday I binged! I felt full the whole day but kept eating so much, I felt horrible physically and mentally afterward. But anyway, I can’t do anything to change that so I changed my eating habits for today.
So today I drank 7 bottles of water… and I just weighed myself and it said 121 pounds! It’s not a bad weight, but I am just wondering whether it is water weight or from my binge yesterday.
I got rid of the majority of the junk food and my house and I am starting to eat cleaner, like no junk food and soda. I am also starting a new workout routine in my very own home! Yes, I am still going to the gym to do yoga, but I am doing a little extra by doing this workout I found in Seventeen magazine. Thats pretty much it and I will continue to be posting what I am eating and pictures and stuff, thanks everyone!

Comments: I feel like I am sticking better to a healthy meal plan each day. Should I still include the carbs into what I show you guys? It kind of shows you how much I eat, and that you should have no more then 300 carbs a day. Anyway, I feel like I had more vegetables and fruits. Todays breakfast made me full afterward and did not really feel like being hungry until lunch time came around. So far no bingeing!

Comments: I say I am pretty proud of myself today, I had more calories then yesterday which I was lacking. I am feeling so much more awake and more energized now days ever since I started eating healthier, I feel great :) I am hoping to keep this up with eating right and exercise and all, and so far no binges!
COMMENTS: Today I thought I did really well! I know I said that some of the other days, but today for real. I felt really energized after my breakfast and was ready to just take on the day! In the late afternoon I was in the gym all day and gave myself a nice 10 minute job with 30 minutes of volleyball, which felt really good afterwards. I am happy that I am finally really getting into things. I just think I need to consume more calories. I am also looking for new ideas on what to eat for lunch and dinner.

Comments: I think I really did good on April 1st. I picked out lots of healthy choices I just need to work on starting to work out more. I felt a lot better when the day was over and did not really have any junk food or snacks through out the day. Drinking lots of water helped me stay full I guess, every time I wanted to eat junk food I just drank some water. And it worked!
