Hey everyone, I just wanted to a little update on my routine and everything. Well first news I guess is yesterday I binged! I felt full the whole day but kept eating so much, I felt horrible physically and mentally afterward. But anyway, I can’t do anything to change that so I changed my eating habits for today.
So today I drank 7 bottles of water… and I just weighed myself and it said 121 pounds! It’s not a bad weight, but I am just wondering whether it is water weight or from my binge yesterday.
I got rid of the majority of the junk food and my house and I am starting to eat cleaner, like no junk food and soda. I am also starting a new workout routine in my very own home! Yes, I am still going to the gym to do yoga, but I am doing a little extra by doing this workout I found in Seventeen magazine. Thats pretty much it and I will continue to be posting what I am eating and pictures and stuff, thanks everyone!

Comments: I feel like I am sticking better to a healthy meal plan each day. Should I still include the carbs into what I show you guys? It kind of shows you how much I eat, and that you should have no more then 300 carbs a day. Anyway, I feel like I had more vegetables and fruits. Todays breakfast made me full afterward and did not really feel like being hungry until lunch time came around. So far no bingeing!

I am feeling so much more awake and more energized now days ever since I started eating healthier, I feel great :) I am hoping to keep this up with eating right and exercise and all, and so far no binges!
COMMENTS: Today I thought I did really well! I know I said that some of the other days, but today for real. I felt really energized after my breakfast and was ready to just take on the day! In the late afternoon I was in the gym all day and gave myself a nice 10 minute job with 30 minutes of volleyball, which felt really good afterwards. I am happy that I am finally really getting into things. I just think I need to consume more calories. I am also looking for new ideas on what to eat for lunch and dinner.

Comments: I think I really did good on April 1st. I picked out lots of healthy choices I just need to work on starting to work out more. I felt a lot better when the day was over and did not really have any junk food or snacks through out the day. Drinking lots of water helped me stay full I guess, every time I wanted to eat junk food I just drank some water. And it worked!

Exercise: I am happy to say I did some exercise that day! When I was out with my friends, we walked/ran more then 2 miles! I was so tired at the end of the day, but felt so amazing afterward! It is amazing what a little bit of exercise can do to you.
COMMENTS: So I am going to write about yesterday (friday) because I was so busy and out all night so I did not get the chance sorry about that! Anyway, but I feel like yesterday I did pretty good, actually really good and I think I am starting to eat healthier. It just took a few days to adjust to eating healthier I guess. But yesterday when I went out with some friends we went to this fancy country club and I ordered a cheeseburger with fries and ate most of it. I think that going out with friends is my weakness, and next time I should have picked a healthier choice like a salad or something. I also need to work on eating from all the things on the food pyramid. I need more nutrients and such. I got home late around 11pm, so I did not really have a snack or dessert since you should not eat later then 7pm. I also had a ton of carbs which is not good! Need to watch that.
Today I think my eating habits in the morning were alright, but got worse as the day went on. See, in my household my siblings rely on me to make them chocolate chips cookies and all these baked goodies for them. And well, at most times I just give in and eat some myself! My breakfast was alright, but could have included more of a variety and nutrients to get me ready for the day. My lunch today was just horrible, I need to pack healthier foods and well, I could have cut down my after school snack a bit. I forgot to pack in a peanut butter sandwich but got in everything else..Also I am debating whether I should include carbs into my posts, like calories are the real killer right?

Portion Control: Lots of people always overeat there food, which is probably one of the main reasons that leads them to gaining more weight. When you eat, try putting the food on a smaller bowl or plate, which will make you put less on and eat less then you usually do.
Avoid Temptation: I am sure we all have those foods lingering around our house that we know is not the best for us. Try not giving in, instead try finding something different and healthier to eat. Think to yourself before you eat something, will I regret this? If so, leave the room! You can do it!
Get active: Although eating healthier can make you loose weight, I really doubt you will see good results if you do not work out. I recommend if you are wanting to loose weight that you exercise about 4 times each week for 45-60 minutes. Whether its out for a little jog or a nice game of basketball, it still counts :) Find a sport you like.
Keep a Food Journal: Keeping a food journal helps you become more aware of what you eat, and help you cut down on it. Sometimes you can just eat a whole buffet and not realize what it does to you. But if you keep a journal handy, you can track down what you ate and how many calories it has. Then add it al up at the end of the day and start fresh the next.
Watch What You Drink: You may not realize it, but drinking sodas and milkshakes all the time is bad for you. Even if it is so called ‘0 calories’ or ‘diet’ it is not necessarily better, in fact in most cases it can actually be worse. Try getting rid of all sodas in your house and drink water a lot instead.
So I am going to be posting what I have eaten and some adjustments I can make for tomorrow. Writing down and keeping track of what you eat can help you become more aware of it and help you stop eating that food in the future. So here is what I have eaten for today (please note my eating habits are not the healthiest… yet lol):
COMMENTS: Just to tell you all I pretty eat like this everyday. Which is the reason I made this blog, because it needs to change. As you can see, I consume an excess amount of junk food. Eating too much junk food is not good for me, slows me down and I have heard eating too much of it can make you more tired. Although it is yummy, I have to find nice low carb foods to replace it and eat less of it. I can also add in some more exercise into my schedule, all I usually do is a half hour of volleyball or soccer.
