So I wanted to do a little post on my progress so far and how things are going.
I feel better then I ever have before! I have had a few days where I ate some things that are not the best for you, but it is good to treat yourself once in a while after a lot of hard work! I am still 108 pounds and I think my goal for loosing weight is over and I just want to be more fit and active which I am seeing results of! I do at the least 30 minutes of exercise each day whether it is cardio or something like volleyball, but I typically do 1-2 hours.
I can really see my arms getting more muscular and my legs as well, still need to work a little more on my tummy though but it is alright! I think tumblr has completely changed my lifestyle, without it I would not have been getting into it and such. The foods I am eating are so much healthier and have been eating more homemade meals rather then packaged ones. My skin is brighter and my hair is longer, healthier and thicker. I am surprised of what a difference it made and what eating right and exercising can actually do for you.
Anyone out there who is trying to loose weight or get fit just know that you can do this! Stay motivated and determined, get off the couch or chair and get out and exercise. Avoid eating unhealthy foods, eat clean. I keep getting questions on here like ‘How did you loose weight?’. There is no secret or real trick really to loosing weight though, just eat right and exercise! I believe in you :)
