There are some days where I just do not really feel like going to the gym, but that does not stop me from working out. My at home workout routine is pretty low key, I usually do it twice in a day, once in the morning and then in the evening. You can do this in your house or outside in your backyard. Here we go:
- Stretch for 1 minute
- Jog in place 5 minutes
- 20 lunges on each leg
- 30 squats
- 20 leg lifts on each leg
- 20+ push ups
- Plank 60+ seconds
- 50 crunches
So yeah, this really helps with getting toned and stuff. Each day as you get use to it you can add more to it.
