So recently my friend convinced me into joining the cross country team for our school! She talked about it before, but now all the sudden I started getting more info on it. I just joined 2 days ago, and I gotta say even though I am cursing under my breath through every run and work out, I am having tons of fun! Plus, I feel great afterwards despite being all tired and sweaty. I still could use more practice since I am like one of the only noobies on the team, but I will get better.
I recommend to all of you that are in school right now whether it is middle or high school or even college, go out and do something! Find something you like, and if you don’t try more things out. The practices can be rough, tiring, but do not quit or stop just because it is hard because honestly you will get better at it, and you will get use to it. And it is good for you :)
